Tandoori Mushroom Tikka is one of the common dish found in indian restaurants menu cards under appetizers / Starters / Snacks section. Traditionally the tikka recipes are prepared in tandoor and hence it is mentioned as tandoori tikka recipes. however in this recipe, the tikka is prepared in both ways on tawa / grill and Tandoor / Oven which should have the same result, flavour and taste. However at homes we can do Tandoori Mushroom using oven / tawa (griddle) . If you have an OTG , grill it in griller / boiler mode.. you will love the smokey flavor.
