Arbi ke Patte also known by various names as Colocasia Leaves or Taro Root leaves or elephant ears leaves, Patra in Gujarati, Alu Vadi in Marathi or Pathrode or Patrode leaves in South India. This is a quick and healthy recipe where the steamed Vadis (Patras)are spiced by sautéing in spices instead of deep frying them.
