Mangodi ki Kadhi is a delicious side dish made of Mung Dal Badi (Vadi or Wadi) or Dried Mung Dal Nuggets. This ‘Mungodi Kadhi’ is a spicy and aromatic variation of kadhi from the states of Rajasthan, Gujarat and tastes amazingly delish with steamed rice. It breaks the monotony of your regular curry, gravy or dal meals and since these ‘Mungodis’ are ready to cook, hence you can make this kadhi in a jiffy.
Mangodi – Dried Moong Dal nuggets is made from moong dal (yellow lentil). Mangodi is healthy and light as moong dal is considered to be lighter. Apart from being healthy it is very tasty also.
At times we get bored of eating the same vegetables and lentils then one thinks of preparing the Kadi. Mangodi ki Kadhi is very tasty and takes very less time to prepare.

Combined with the right amount of spices, and typically cooked with ghee, these transform into mouth-watering fare, as in the case of the Mangodi ki Kadhi Here, moong dal mangodi combines with Yogurt, Gram Flour and some common spice powders, to give rise to an irresistible accompaniment for hot rice or rotis.
